    Deepak,

    I have problem, when I insert revision table and click on the cell, the EDITING TOOLBAR does not pop up. My co-workers have opened the file on their computer…no problem, the toolbar pops up.
    Cannot find what is wrong, why will it not pop up?
    Any help is appreciated

      William this can be an issue due to locking of the menu and that have been displayed in a different location.

      To see if this is the problem per Solution Id: S-043383 in SolidWorks knowledge base

      1) Start->Run…->Type regedit->Hit Enter
      2) Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SolidWorks\SolidWorks 20XX\General\TableFormatDialogLocked
      3) Is the option set to 1?
      4) If so, Right-Click on TableFormatDialogLocked->Modify->Base:Decimal->Set value to 0->Click Ok
      5) Start SolidWorks.

      * Your installed SolidWorks version.

      Simply change the style to number. To set this, with a drawing open, go to Tools > Options > Document Properties > Tables > Revision and select numbers under Alpha/numerical control.
