SolidWorks team announced “SolidWorks World 2012 International Intrigue Contest” last month which ended on December 15, 2011.
This contest was for the SolidWorks users outside USA. The theme of this contest was to share why you want to come to SolidWorks World 2012, what the benefit would be for you and your busines, and what you hope to achieve with the knowledge you would gain at the show.
The prize was a free full conference pass to SolidWorks World 2012 to be held next month in San Diego, California (February 12 – 15), as well as a hotel room for three nights and round trip airfare to and from San Diego, California.
There were six people with their interesting stories competing for this contest from various part of the world. It was really nice to read all of them. Since there can be only one winner, I believe it must have been hard for the SolidWorks team to choose. And with that said, the winner is Yoshihiro Dobashi. Read his interesting story here.
Please note: All individuals will be required to show proof of identification prior to collecting their badge and registration materials. Attendees must be 21 years or older to attend SolidWorks World 2012. Also residents of some countries may require a visa to enter the United States.
Don’t forget, if you pay for two registrations, a third participant can hang in for free. And, as always, CSWPs save $100. You can see all of registration deals at the SolidWorks World website.
