Capvidia to Showcase MBE/MBD solutions at SolidWorks World 2013

SolidWorks World 2013 will be held January 20-23, 2013 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin in Orlando, Florida.

Capvidia SWW2013

Capvidia will demonstrate MBE/MBD (Model Based Enterprise/ Model Based Definition) solutions for SolidWorks. These products enable SolidWorks users  to comply with DoDMIL STD 31000, Boeing D6-51991, and other industry standards making SolidWorks the only fully compatible MBE CAD product on the market:

  • PDQWorks – design in SolidWorks and meet quality standards such as MIL STD 31000
  • CompareWorks – validate imported CAD models or SolidWorks derivatives for downstream applications.
  • FormatWorks – precise CAD data import to SolidWorks including fully semantic PMI (CATIA V5, NX, Pro/E,…)

Visit booth #512 in the Partner Pavilion and Capvidia team will show you how to take an old 2D drawing and quickly create a SolidWorks 3D model that conforms to MIL STD 31000 quality standards.  A report is automatically generated that records your compliance.

Join thousands of users from around the world to:

  • Learn: Choose from over 200 technical breakout sessions led by SolidWorks users and industry experts.
  • Network: Meet other SolidWorks users, Solution Partners, resellers, and SolidWorks employees.
  • Explore: Discover products and services from SolidWorks Partners that can help you tackle just about any design, engineering, and manufacturing challenge.
