Here is why I would attend SOLIDWORKS WORLD

SOLIDWORKS World is great place for meeting people in different disciplines who share similar interests and experiences. Talking to people who are having similar challenges gives me new ideas on how to solve them in the most efficient way possible; fully immersed in an expertise-rich, how-to environment. Moreover this helps in cultivation of global business and professional contacts. Finally I can keep myself updated with the latest trends and solutions offered by various partners in the Exhibit Hall.

SOLIDWORKS World 2015 is calling YOU.. Join the Wagon!!

While we’re still less then 7 months away months from SOLIDWORKS World 2015 in Phoenix , things are already starting to happen. Earlier this week DS SOLIDWORKS Corporation announced its Call for Presentations for SOLIDWORKS World 2015. SOLIDWORKS World brings together 6000 users, resellers, and partners, from around the world,  that are passionate about design using SOLIDWORKS.

SOLIDWORKS World 2015 will be held  at the Phoenix Convention Center, Phoenix, Arizona, February 8-11, 2015

While SolidWorks World always has lots of great presentations and guest speakers, the real value of the event for most customers comes from the technical breakout sessions that take place over three days, most of which are lead by regular SolidWorks customers. These presenters come from around the world, and lead sessions on topics in which they have considerable experience. In return, we let them into the event for free. You can see some of the presentations from SOLIDWORKS World 2014 on SOLIDWORKS World proceedings website.

Any SolidWorks customer 21 or older can submit a proposal to present at the event. If you have any interesting thing to share,  just go ahead and submit the presentation. Later this summer, SolidWorks World selection committee will get together and pick the ones that they think will be the most valuable, and send out invitations.  SolidWorks World Team encourage both long-time presenters and new applicants alike to submit.

We are looking for presentations that cover the following categories/topics:

  • Customer Success and Integrated Solutions
  • Data Management and Administration
  • Design Automation
  • Design Communication
  • Design Simulation
  • Electrical
  • Modeling Essentials
  • Productivity Tools
  • SOLIDWORKS in Education

If you want to find out more, visit the submission site and get the details. With any luck, we’ll see you at the Phoenix Convention Center, Phoenix, Arizona, February 8-11, 2015.
