Clash of the Beta SW2017 Testers – The Chase Begins!!

The wait is over and SOLIDWORKS 2017 Beta 1.0 is finally available for download and so is the SOLIDWORKS 2017 Beta Contest.

 

SOLIDWORKS users and VAR employees from all over the world are enjoying shooting the Beta bugs while competing with each other in various SOLIDWORKS 2017 Beta Contests.

Each new release of SOLIDWORKS is preceded by a beta program. The idea is to allow users to try the new functionality, and lets SOLIDWORKS gather the feedback before the release is finalized. DS SOLIDWORKS is gearing up for releasing SOLIDWORKS 2016 Beta (will be launched in late June 2015).

SolidWorks 2013 Beta 3 is available for download and B3 contest has begun. 

Everyone starts with a clean slate in Beta 3.  So if you were at the bottom of the class in B1, you have a new chance to be on top in this release.

And don’t forget that your points from each Beta release count toward the overall contest totals.  So even if you don’t win an individual release, you could still compete in the overall contest.

Attention XP users! SolidWorks 2013 will NOT INSTALL on computers using Windows XP.

Yes you read it correct. With SolidWorks 2012 Beta testing is in full swing and version Beta 2.0 available for download, the testing will be over soon. The official release dates for the SolidWorks 2012 has not been released yet but it is expected to come up in first week of September which means only few days left to participate and win prizes.
